Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced IT Network and EPABX/IPABX Design Specialist to join our team. This role requires expertise in both active and passive network design, along with proficiency in designing EPABX and IPABX systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs, a solid background in vendor and OEM management, and the ability to deliver effective sales presentations. The ability to read AutoCAD drawings and knowledge of security systems (CCTV, PA, FA, Access Control) is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement IT Active and Passive networks, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
- Develop EPABX/IPABX system designs based on client requirements.
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and work with technical data sheets to create accurate documentation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of required products and services.
- Understand and analyse customer requirements, providing tailored solutions through detailed presentations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support pre-sales activities and assist in generating new business opportunities.
- Review and interpret AutoCAD drawings for network and system designs.
- Provide working knowledge of CCTV, Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm (FA), and Access Control systems as part of integrated security solutions.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and implementing IT active and passive networks.
- Expertise in EPABX and IPABX systems design and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of preparing technical documentation, including BOQs and data sheets.
- Extensive experience in vendor and OEM management, especially related to pricing and procurement.
- Ability to understand customer needs and present solutions effectively through sales presentations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing reading and understanding system layouts.
- Knowledge and experience in CCTV, Public Address (PA), Fire Alarm (FA), and Access Control systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field (preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in network design, EPABX/IPABX system design, and vendor management.
- Additional certifications in network design, telecommunications, or relevant security systems (e.g., CCTV, PA, FA, Access Control) are a plus.

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM software.
