IIM Bodh Gaya is situated in the historic temple city of Bodh Gaya, renowned as the most sacred pilgrimage site for Buddhists. In ancient times, Bodh Gaya was a global center of learning, attracting students from Central Asia, Mongolia, Korea, China, Afghanistan, and Iran to study not only Buddhism but also science, mathematics, administration, and more.

The Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM-BG) is an autonomous public business school in Bodh Gaya, Bihar in India. It is the 16th Indian Institute of Management(IIM). Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi recently inaugurated the state-of-the-art campus at IIM Bodh Gaya.

Vallect was given the opportunity to be the AV integrator for customized AV solutions at IIM Bodh Gaya's campus, significantly enhancing its multimedia capabilities and ensuring a superior user experience. Their comprehensive installation includes, A 500-seater auditorium equipped with advanced audiovisual systems for events and presentations, smart classrooms designed to accommodate 90 to 150 students, providing an interactive and engaging learning environment, state-of-the-art facilities in the conference room, board room, meeting room, and VIP lounge, all featuring cutting-edge AV technology for seamless communication and collaboration.  The installed AV System has established IIM Bodh Gaya as a leader in educational technology, fostering an enriched educational experience for students and faculty alike.

1) Integrated  Auditorium Av

The campus auditorium is equipped with an advanced AV system, ensuring seamless multimedia presentations, cultural performances, and a comprehensive and efficient audio-visual experience for 500 Pax. Our team of experts makes sure that every aspect is carefully planned and carried out, including stage lighting, lighting control & fabrication, acoustics, ELV & IT networks across the auditorium. We can provide flawless audio quality for a variety of events thanks to our powerful Digital Sound Reinforcement System, which includes high-fidelity speakers, professional mixers, and processors. Projection, Display, and Switching System:

  • Main cyclorama projection screen: minimum 340-inch diagonal size.
  • DLP Technology LASER Projector with 12000 ANSI Lumens of Brightness.
  • LED displays on side walls for detailed content viewing are capable of showing 2 different contents simultaneously. Removable floor-mounted stands.
  • Connectivity via wall plate with twisted pair connectivity.
  • Hardware-based Annotation processor for live annotation is visible on all displays.
  • Podium with AV connectivity enclosure and touch monitor for annotation.

Digital Sound Reinforcement System:

  • Floor box on stage for microphone connectivity.
  • Professional Live Digital Mixer (min. 32 channels) with expandable digital audio interface.
  • Audio Digital Signal Processor with 24 analog inputs, 16 analog outputs, and built-in feedback suppressor and noise canceler.
  • Left and right point source line array loudspeaker cluster for FOH, ensuring clear audio with minimal distortion.
  • High-fidelity Class D amplifiers for speaker systems.

Stage Lighting:

  • Various types of lights are available, including plano convex, fresnel, LED profile, PAR, RGBW LED bar, and flood lights.
  • Controlled by an electronic dimmer integrated with a DMX2 light controller.

2) Smart classrooms approx(90-150) students

Smart Classrooms audio visual systems for Tier A, Tier B, and Tier C are designed to meet different needs and capacities ranging from 90 to 150 students. Tier A features high-end technology, including powerful laser projectors, expansive screens, and an advanced switching system. Tier B offers effective sound reproduction, flexible connectivity, high-quality projection, and reduced specs. Tier C offers basic AV components ideal for smaller venues.

Tier A classroom AV systems include three large motorized projection screens, a laser projector with 7200 ANSI Lumens and 1920x1200 resolution, a multimedia podium with touch monitor and hardware-based annotation processor, a full HD PTZ camera for capturing events, a digital all-in-One matrix switcher, and a wireless presentation gateway for 4K/UHD@60fps video sharing.

Tier B classroom AV integration include three motorized projection screens, a DLP laser projector with 6200 ANSI Lumens and 1920x1200 resolution, a multimedia podium with AV connectivity, a full HD PTZ camera for recording and streaming, and a 4K/60p  multimedia scaling presentation switcher.

Tier C classroom AV systems include two motorized projection screens, laser projectors, a multimedia podium, and a digital sound reinforcement system. The Vallet team will handle the installation and integration of the AV system for the MDP classroom, ensuring seamless operation and user-friendly control.

The Vallect team will install and integrate an advanced audiovisual system for a MDP classroom, ensuring seamless operation and user-friendly control. The system includes a motorized projection screen, a laser projector with a high brightness of 6200 ANSI Lumens and a native resolution of 1920x1200 (WUXGA), a multimedia podium with multiple power outlets, a multimedia scaling presentation switcher, and two-pair receivers for high-resolution video signals. The control panel will be an Ethernet-enabled, wall- or furniture-mounted panel. The digital sound reinforcement system includes microphones, a professional digital signal processor, high-definition speakers, amplifiers, and an audio distribution system. All AV system components will be interconnected with high-quality cables, and the equipment will be housed in a 22U rack.

The AV system will feature a projection screen, laser projector, multimedia podium, switcher, signal extension, and control panel. High-quality cables and a 22U rack will house all AV equipment, ensuring long-term, smooth operation.

3) AV System For VIP Lounge (Common Spaces), Conference Room, Meeting Room & Boardroom

The Green Room and VIP Lounge in the BGPZ Auditorium are designed to provide comfort and convenience for performers and distinguished guests. Both areas will feature LED displays and speakers for program audio playback and announcements, ensuring seamless integration with the auditorium's main functions.

The conference room will be equipped with a motorized projection screen, laser projector, dual displays, and twisted pair connectivity for optimal visibility. A digital all-in-one matrix switcher will manage data, PTZ cameras, and other content, transmitting high-resolution digital signals over long distances using twisted pair cabling. A wireless presentation system will enable up to four simultaneous feeds from devices like laptops and tablets, and a live streaming and recording system in the AV rack will enable the live streaming and recording of all room functions, including video conferencing sessions.

The digital sound reinforcement system will include digital chairman and delegate units for clear voice pickup during video and audio conferences. A professional digital signal processor (DSP) will be installed to mix microphone and line-level audio, ensuring crystal clear sound while eliminating feedback and noise. High-fidelity wall-mounted and ceiling speakers will ensure homogeneous sound distribution, driven by high-fidelity amplifiers for minimal distortion and superior audio quality.

The meeting room features dual displays on the front wall for showing two different contents, with twisted pair connectivity. Connectivity solutions will include rectangular cable access enclosures with multi-region AC power, USB outlets, HDMI, VGA with audio, and LAN connectivity. An under-table multi-format twisted pair transmitter with CAT 6A connectivity will support various devices.

The boardroom, conference room, and meeting room will be equipped with full HD video conference systems capable of multiparty calling and interoperable with software-based VC systems. The Director's cabin will be equipped with a state-of-the-art AV integration, featuring a 55-inch 4K/UHD LED display panel and sleek cable access enclosures for AV connectivity.
