Project Overview :
Located in Khanapara, Guwahati, Assam, Jyoti Bishnu Prekshagriha is a cultural and convention venue featuring a 5,000-seater main auditorium & a 160-seater multipurpose divisible hall. the venue hosts cultural programmes, musical performances, conferences, government functions, and public gatherings.
Vallect was entrusted with turnkey technology integration across the venue. the scope brought together professional audio, LED displays, presentation systems, broadcast infrastructure, stage lighting, ELV, and IT networking in Jyoti Bishnu Auditorium.
The project required more than individual systems working independently. audience sound, visual presentation, live production, and operator controls had to work together across different event formats. from revising the main auditorium’s speaker design to extending visual content through supporting displays, Vallect developed the installation around the venue’s scale and operating requirements with Jyoti Bishnu Auditorium.

Coordinated venue technology: AV, broadcast, stage lighting, ELV, and IT infrastructure formed part of one turnkey integration scope for Jyoti Bishnu Auditorium.
Front-of-house sound reinforcement: Three Bose ShowMatch line array clusters, with ten loudspeakers in each, formed the revised main auditorium speaker arrangement, Subwoofers, front-fill speakers, stage monitors, DSP, and amplification supported the wider audio installation.
Large-format visual presentation: A 9 × 5-metre LG P2.6 indoor LED video wall served as the main stage display, sixteen Sony 85-inch 4K professional displays extended visual content into the seating area.
Network-based AV distribution: Kramer AV-over-IP supported video distribution, while Dante enabled infrastructure connected compatible audio equipment within the system.
Live event production: Eleven 4K PTZ cameras, Blackmagic switching, recording, streaming & OB van connections supported event capture & distribution.
Presenter and operator tools: Digital podiums, wireless presentation, a conference teleprompter & iPad-based AV controls supported presentations & routine system operation.

Vallect gave the client one technology partner to coordinate a scope extending from audience-facing AV to broadcast systems and supporting venue infrastructure, the team managed requirement assessment, system design, procurement, installation, integration, testing, commissioning, and operational training in Jyoti Bishnu Auditorium.
The project also required the team to respond to evolving requirements. the revised front-of-house audio arrangement and supporting audience displays demonstrate how design decisions were adapted around the client’s brief and the auditorium’s scale. before handover, Vallect carried out audio tuning, display calibration, signal routing checks, lighting synchronization, and control-system optimization in Jyoti Bishnu Auditorium. live event simulations checked the connected systems against intended venue uses. training helped technical and management teams prepare for day-to-day operation, with support and maintenance planning included in the handover and Auditorium AV Solutions
