Job Description:
- Credit control with respect to all site related receivables/payables to ensure cash flows are maintained.
- Perform daily operations of accounts receivable, accounts payable, business bank receipt, general ledger, expense and sales accounting
- Contract Management in software- Verification of bill as per contract
- Responsible to post the purchase invoice and journal voucher.
- Ensuring the appropriateness of Supporting Documents to be maintained Managing all accounting transactions.
- Preparation and submission of sales invoices, collating all documents required for invoice submission.
- Responsible for preparation of Bank reconciliation on daily basis.
- Maintaining a cheque register for signing from signatory
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
- Lesioning with purchase and store department for rectification in any Invoice.
