Skills Required
- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Project Head in AV/ELV/IT industries or similar leadership role.
- Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines.
- Understand all revenue, cost and margin aspects of project management.
- Good with numbers and financial planning
- Excellent organizational and leadership ability
- Effective communication and interaction with clients and understanding of technical and execution documents.
- Open to Travel as per business needs.
Job Description:
- Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation.
- Responsible for leading Project meetings among Sales, Technical Support and Clients
- Design policies and strategy to gain maximum business growth & revenue.
- Oversee expenses and budgeting to help the organization optimize costs and benefits.
- Team Management and resolution for project handover issues.
- Analyze overall team performance and suggest improvements, timely Team Guidance and motivation to achieve productivity and engagement.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Responsible for effective communication with customer including change orders and delivery, on-site visits (as needed).
- Review project status weekly to keep it on scheduled deadlines, identify problem areas, and spearhead resolution.
- Maintain & develop strong relationship with customers via direct interactions having focus on improving customer perception of service, quality and on time delivery.
- Develop & maintain partnerships with third party vendors.
- Report project outcomes and risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
