Job Description :
Meet with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers, and future technology requirements.
Work closely with customers on the technical requirements to provide technical solutions – Identified requirements, including technical details sufficient for product definition.
Develop and establish strong relationships with Customer.
Provide product updates and technical advice to Customer – Explained technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from engineering level to senior sales executives.
Present the company products to clients – Showcased drivers and value that supported the business case for the total cost of ownership to the customer.
Work with the sales team to develop selling strategy within the target accounts – Create and deliver effective presentations and sales tools for the sales team.
Work with sales managers to provide pre/post-sales support – Work with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.
Must have expertise in design and solution of mid-size to large-scale IT Networking solution including passive and active (Switches, Wireless) Networking equipment.
Must have Expertise in designing of Structured Cabling
Responsible to provide quotation / commercial to sales person, ensuring that quotes are technically correct and feasible.
Must have experience in proposal documentation and Estimation sheet preparation.
Must have basic knowledge to view CAD drawing to understand the client’s drawing/layout.
Must have experience in IT vendor association e.g., Cisco, HP, Juniper, Ruckus and more.
Provide the DPR to their HOD on daily basis.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
Good Communication skill
