The first edition of Vallect’s Annual Event, #Aikyam 2023 was nothing short of spectacular. The event was held at Crown Plaza Hotel, New Delhi graced by our employees with full enthusiasm. Aikyam literally means “ek hai hum” signifying the oneness & unity of our team at Vallect. It was an evening dedicated to celebrate the magic our team creates every single day.
The event was charged with an electric atmosphere, making it an unforgettable evening filled with amazing performances by our employees. The amazing performances by our employees are a true testament to the beauty of our culture at Vallect. We take great pride in the culture we have been able to build & the impact it has created for our employees who are the core contributors to our vision.
Empowering Women: Shining Bright in the Spotlight
Vallect Aikyam 2023 was made memorable by performances by our employees. It was safe to say that our women workforce ruled the show. With our CFO, Anchal Khosla being an amazing emcee kept the audience on their toes, Team girls gave a stunning dance performance which was thoroughly enjoyed.
The comedy act which was a funny take on our project life cycle sure made everyone laugh their hearts out. The performances by our employees made the evening even more memorable.
The employee performances were followed by an award ceremony being given to the winners based on four categories: Rising Star, Spotlight Award, Team Player Award & Team Leader Award.
The evening concluded with the DJ setting up the floor for the party followed by dinner. Events like these give a real sense of the wonderful team we have at Vallect. The first edition of Aikyam 2023 was a memorable one & had already gotten us excited for Vallect #Aikyam2024!
