Project Overview>

ITPO, popularly known as Bharat Mandapam, illuminates  with the Lighting Management System (LMS) by Vallect. This system will help the premises to automate & streamline their lighting control while saving energy & operational efficiency by following latest building guidelines for ensuring eco friendliness. The lighting automation solution, executed by Vallect, includes high-efficiency fixtures and automated controls, allowing for easy control and customization of lighting controls. The system incorporates a Digital Addressable Lighting Interface (DALI) and occupancy sensors for precision control. 

The installation process involves setting up DALI-compatible fixtures and sensors, configuring the LMS, testing and maintenance. Vallect provided (SOP) guidelines for control, operation, and maintenance, including regular system checks, troubleshooting procedures, and staff training. This project represents a significant step forward in ITPO's efforts to create a modern, energy-efficient facility.

ITPO trusted Vallect to develop, upgrade, and install lightning automation systems in several locations, including a huge hall, in order to improve their HVAC, lighting, and shading systems.ITPO's goal was to integrate advanced control capabilities for lighting, shading, and HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality and energy efficiency. The project included the installation of various lightning control components such as lighting control Keypads, occupancy sensors, and power supply modules. Vallect successfully executed the installation and configuration of the lighting control systems, delivering a state-of-the-art automation solution tailored to the client's needs. The project showcased Vallect's expertise in implementing advanced technology solutions for enhanced living and working environments.

Lighting Control Keypads (C2NI-CB-B-T)

  • Product Features:
    • Stylish, customizable wall mount keypads for controlling lighting, shades, AV, etc.
    • Installed in single-gang electrical boxes, available in almond, black, and white finishes.
    • Configurable buttons with backlit engraving for easy identification and usage in dark environments.
    • Enhanced LED feedback with multiple flash patterns and bar graph capabilities.
    • Auto-brightness control for optimal visibility.
    • Integration via lighting control wired communications.
  • Installation Process:
    • Mounted keypads into single-gang electrical boxes.
    • Configured button layouts to match client’s specific control requirements (e.g., two large buttons, three medium buttons, etc.).
    • Customized button engravings as per client's specifications.
    • Integrated with the lighting control system for seamless operation.                                                                        
  • Occupancy Sensors (GLS-OIRLCL-C-CN).     
  • Product Features:
    • Dual-function passive infrared (PIR) occupancy and closed-loop photosensor for daylight harvesting.
    • Adjustable detection sensitivity and timeout settings for optimized performance.
    •  Walk-through mode and grace occupancy features for enhanced user convenience.
    • Discreet, flush ceiling mount design for a nearly hidden appearance.
  • Installation Process:
    • Mounted sensors on drywall and drop tile ceilings in key areas such as conference rooms, classrooms, and offices.
    • Configured sensors to automatically control lighting and HVAC systems based on room occupancy and ambient light levels.
    • Utilized lighting control Toolbox™ software for setup and configuration.
    • Connected sensors to the lighting control network for reliable communication and control.
  • DIN Rail Power Supply (DIN-PWS60)
  • Product Features:
    • 60 W Cresnet power supply module with modular DIN rail installation.
    • Provides power to Cresnet devices through six Cresnet power ports.
    • Efficient power consumption with regulated output and low ripple/noise.
  • Installation Process:
    • Secured the DIN-PWS60 module onto the DIN rail within the wall-mount enclosure.
    • Connected to the AC power line and Cresnet network for distributing power to connected devices.
    • Ensured all wiring connections were made using accessible screw terminals for easy servicing.
  • DIN Rail Hub (DIN-HUB)
  • Product Features:
    • Facilitates the configuration of large Cresnet networks with modular DIN rail mounting.
    • Provides power and data communication to Cresnet devices.
    • Can be powered internally or from an external power supply.
  • Installation Process:
    • Mounted the DIN-HUB onto the DIN rail alongside other control modules.
    • Connected hub segments to the Cresnet network and ensured proper power distribution.
    • Used a small, flat object to secure and remove the module from the DIN rail as needed.
