Scope of Work and Key Systems Installed:
The scope of the project included turnkey implementation of a suite of ELV technologies, including( CCTV, PAVA, Fire Alarm):
- CCTV Surveillance System: Enhanced security and monitoring, High-definition IP cameras for 24×7 monitoring of office interiors and premises:
CCTV Solutions include 2MP IP Network TDN Low-Light IR Rugged Bullet Camera(35) , Dome Camera(45), 32 Channel & 16 Channel NVR (Network Video Recorder), 52″ LED surveillance monitor with storage space, ports & optical fibre.- Public Address System: Clear and reliable internal audio communication for announcements and emergency alerts.
Each floor was strictly considered as a separate PA zone having following PAVA solutions across
- 8 Channel & 8 Zones IP based digital Voice Alarm controller capable of handling 4000 Watts.
- IP based Networkable 7 ” capacitive touch screen paging station for selection of zones, supervision of system status, setting of scheduled broadcasts etc.
- Amplifiers,Wall mount Speakers, Ceiling Speakers.
3. Fire Alarm & Detection System: An intelligent early-warning system ensuring safety of personnel and critical infrastructure.
- Multi loop Analog Addressable fire Panel.
- Customizable 500X500mm Mimic panel with min 20 LEDs projected on floor
- Active Repeater Panel with backlit Liquid Crystal Display
- Cloud based service to capture system data for System health monitoring & display Real time view of fire system effectiveness.
- Muliti-sensor Detector (smoke & heat) with following features Smoke Sensitivity.
- Addressable Smoke Detector, Response Indicator, Rate of Rise Heat Detector, Heat Detector, Beam Detector, Aspiration detector.
- Addressable Manual Call point, Control Module, Input Module/ Monitor Module, Input Module, Isolator Module
4. Access Control System: Smart, secure access solutions for restricted zones to prevent unauthorized entry.
The installation was carried out with full adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and minimal disruption to ongoing office operations.
